When using certain version of Microsoft Outlook, Outlook will display two security warnings. The first security warning asks if you want to five access to your email addresses.

When this screen is displayed you must check off the option to "Allow access for". Once you do the drop down box will become active, you can leave it at 1 minute. Then you can select the Yes button to continue.
If you select the No button or close the warning box this will cancel the email transmission and the TAS program will prompt you to fax a copy of your request to CMI.
Outlook will now display a second warning box. This warning is to notify you that we are now sending the email on your behalf (you will not get this warning if you set the option to display the message).

You will have to wait until the progress bar is filled in. Once it is then the Yes button will become active. Select the Yes button and Outlook will allow the email to be sent.
If Outlook has any problems with sending the email you may not get notification, but Outlook will send a general error to the TAS program. When this happens the TAS program will ask you to fax a copy to CMI.
To figure out what the errors could be you will need to go into the TAS program options and set the email option to display the email message. Outlook will then tell you what issues it is having.
