We are a Collection Site!

CMI conducts in-house collections Monday through Friday  from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm CST on a walk in basis (no appointment required). Collections provided at our facilities include: Urinalysis (DOT and Non-DOT), Breath (DOT and Non-DOT), Hair, and Saliva. Because we are not a "clinic" or an occupational health facility, there is very little waiting time. (After hours collections are available by appointment.)

We provide on-site collections!

One of our most attractive services is the fact that we provide on-site testing for most of our clients. Our on-site collectors will schedule an appointment with you to come to your facility to conduct the collections you require.

We have a huge network of collection sites!

If you need a collection site anywhere in the country, simply let us know. Chances are good that we already have one established. If we don't already have one, we can quickly locate a qualified clinic in your area that can provide the collections you require. A major benefit you will find when you use CMI as your service provider is that our collection sites are not just located in larger more well-known cities. Because we cater to our clients' needs, we have contracted with many collection sites in rural areas as well.
